iQmetrix Acquires WorkWireless

iQmetrix , which provides multilocation wireless dealers with retail management systems, has acquired Work Software Systems, creator of the WorkWireless retail management system.

Bill May, founder of Work Software Systems, will be joining the iQmetrix executive team as president of iQmetrix USA. The current iQmetrix executive team will remain: Chris Krywulak as CEO, Kelly Kazakoff as COO, Greg Krywulak as senior vice president, Scott McGillivray as vice president marketing, and Rory Cain as vice president product development.

“We have always had great respect for WorkWireless as one of our strongest competitors. Together, we will build on our combined experience to redefine wireless retail,” said Chris Krywulak, adding that the acquisition would accelerate the execution of the company’s growth strategy.

iQmetrix retail management system RetailiQ is a fully integrated solution to manage point of sale, CRM, inventory, accounting, HR, marketing, intranet and e-commerce.
